Sakit

Dah dekat 4 bulan aku sakit.
Sampai satu tahap aku rasa aku tak boleh nak tanggung lagi.

Kau tahu macam mana sakit dalaman dia?
Kau rasa baik mati dari tanggung sakit macam ni.

Aku cuma nak hidup sihat, bahagia.
Itu je.

#QuotesNSaying 1

“Only once in your life, I truly believe, you find someone who can completely turn your world around. You tell them things that you've never shared with another soul and they absorb everything you say and actually want to hear more. You share hopes for the future, dreams that will never come true, goals that were never achieved and the many disappointments life has thrown at you. When something wonderful happens, you can’t wait to tell them about it, knowing they will share in your excitement. They are not embarrassed to cry with you when you are hurting or laugh with you when you make a fool of yourself. Never do they hurt your feelings or make you feel like you are not good enough, but rather they build you up and show you the things about yourself that make you special and even beautiful. There is never any pressure, jealousy or competition but only a quiet calmness when they are around. You can be yourself and not worry about what they will think of you because they love you for who you are. The things that seem insignificant to most people such as a note, song or walk become invaluable treasures kept safe in your heart to cherish forever. Memories of your childhood come back and are so clear and vivid it’s like being young again. Colors seem brighter and more brilliant. Laughter seems part of daily life where before it was infrequent or didn't exist at all. A phone call or two during the day helps to get you through a long day’s work and always brings a smile to your face. In their presence, there’s no need for continuous conversation, but you find you’re quite content in just having them nearby. Things that never interested you before become fascinating because you know they are important to this person who is so special to you. You think of this person on every occasion and in everything you do. Simple things bring them to mind like a pale blue sky, gentle wind or even a storm cloud on the horizon. You open your heart knowing that there’s a chance it may be broken one day and in opening your heart, you experience a love and joy that you never dreamed possible. You find that being vulnerable is the only way to allow your heart to feel true pleasure that’s so real it scares you. You find strength in knowing you have a true friend and possibly a soul mate who will remain loyal to the end. Life seems completely different, exciting and worthwhile. Your only hope and security is in knowing that they are a part of your life.”

Really do read it and understand the message.

Rant #1

Hi,

So anyways, today is Friday. Finally. Yeah. Weekend.
I just want to rant about judgmental/judge/stereotype or any other words that portray the same meaning as I am about to write in a while.

This is general okay. Not necessarily celebrities although it's can be seen happen towards them. Do you ever stumble upon Instag/Vid/Pic that can be categorized as not syariah complaint? Let's say a beautiful girl wearing a sleeveless top or even a two years old kid singing an adult song in full emotion and expression. Am not talking about those things, am talking about the one who is actually condemning them, the keyboard warrior, the commentator.

I feel sad for those people, their words can be really hurtful. Really harsh words. Yeah I get it, you are a nice people. Maybe your intention is good. But in Islam itself doesn't really ask us to advice people in open and most humiliating way possible. You can personally direct message them, telling them that its not appropriate to do so. Personally, don't we all like that? As example, your baby is two years old and it's amazing he/she can sing an adult song with emotion although their babies slang is still there. As a parents, we are really grateful for that and decided to record it and share it with our social world. Who is the person that we meant it to be? Usually is for families and close friends. But then, there's always a not so close friend among a friends that happen to be on our social network then commenting.

"Kecik-kecik dah ajar menanyi..cuba la ajar mengaji..."

When I read this kind of comment, I am personally angry, rage at this kind of people. Whats wrong with you?? Do you actually know that the kid probably also doing really well in "mengaji"? Maybe the kid probably already hafaz a few short surah that you didn't actually hafaz at all! Do you actually know what did the kid do in their other times? If the parent's happen to record it, and decided to share it via social network, what would you say then?

"Baca Quran pun nak upload, show off la tuh..berlagak..tak ikhlas takde pahala pun.."

There's no one  perfect in this world, but that doesn't mean if we perfect in certain area made us such an honorable person to be the judge for them, yes your intention is good but sorry man, your way to do so is wrong. Way wrong. Don't play God. We ourselves are not that perfect either. Only one words for this kind of person. Loser.

Till then.

Working Life (Part 1)

Hi,

Today's I would like to share about my working life. I started early since I still in my degree, it's started with a Skim Khidmat Pelajar (SKP) work as operator at Bahagian Pengambilan Pelajar UiTM during semester break before I've been dragged to the UiTM development team lead by Mr Azrul Amir (An IT Officer at my department there) to developed MOHE System. Which is I-Mas-CU (Intelligent Management Admission System Checking to University), here's the link.

You guy's can try it out, basically it's for SPM candidate who are having a hard time choosing their Universities and Study field. I work almost one year there as a part time programmer until my final semester as a degree student before i decided to quit and focused on two things in my life which important at the moment, my love life and my final year project. If you guys followed my blogged closely, we all know where's exactly those two things end.

Having the most hard time ever finishing my degree with almost extend possibilities, I managed to get myself graduate on time. Of course I learn it the hard way, I had to took the most painful way to complete my studies. While waiting for my convocation, I've been offered to work as Software Engineer in the company named Prominent Multimedia Sdn Bhd based in Usj 1 Subang Jaya. It's actually is a coincidence as me and my roommate arep was sending our close friend yana to the company for an interview, as yana got the job she did recommend me the job because the company actually still looking for a new engineer.

So there I was, a newly fresh graduated who working as system engineer to the local company that basically focused on two things at the moments, SAGA system (accountancy) for the government agencies and Summon system for Majlis-Majlis Daerah and Perbandaran. Actually total up our friends together who are from the same batch into this company is 5 people, and we had no idea the current situation for those projects awaits for us. There's nothing wrong with the company to me personally, it's just the project management and staff management is really poor.

The first name of Prominent Multimedia is actually RK Komputer
This is our lobby

My department. Third floor.

My Desk

Us - Colleague

Unfortunately, we didn't stay long in the company. We only managed to be patience not more than two months before decided to find another job. The company actually didn't pay our EPF although every month our HR did deduct from our pay-check. Every day I need to be at client site which at Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia, Selayang. It's like hour and a half drive with normal traffic, 3 hours if heavy. We couldn't hold the pressure as we work everyday and not a single day is our day off, neither it's weekend or public holiday. Most of the time we stayed pass late until 11 p.m. every single day and sometimes until 2, 3 or 4 a.m. The project timeline is really critical and the poor project management by the companies had forced us to leave it.
My client site. I really miss those makcik.

Personally, I considered myself as lucky because I received another offer a week before I leave Prominent. It's closer to home which is 5 minutes by car. I've been offered to choose between Software Engineer or System Analyst by the bos during my interview session. I chose to be System Analyst, less programming and more managerial also documentation.

The company name is Simple Advantage Sdn Bhd. To me, this company is really perfect in every terms possible. The management, the all malay staff, the socialize activity, the environment, the office, the pay and so much more about this company is A in my book.

The front door office

My office area. Really nice environment.

All those colleagues of mine. Miss all of them.

My work station. Although I rarely at the office. I have my own personal space.

We always had food. Pot-Luck and many more event involving food. =.=

Our buka puasa event + my farewell party at Grand Seasons Hotel.

I really missed all those guys and girls at Simple Advantage. I really enjoy working there and will never ever forget about that place. There's a lot of reason for me to leave the company including to look after my parents here in Johor, but more on that later. I decided it's about time to move back to my hometown and build my career here. It's a risk that I had to take considering my field is not really well advance and progressive. I'll write some more in the part 2. :)

Till then.

Reset.

Fuhhh...it's been a long time since my last post. I thought that after my last post I want to keep on going posting, but I find it's hard to do so because my nature of work as System Analyst keeps me busy days and nights.

Actually a lot of things to write but lets reset all this things wont we? Let me reset my blogged and started fresh. All of those old post still not gonna be deleted, it just that from now on I want to write about my new life, my new story and my new path. Actually I've been thinking to get my own personal domain hosting such as nazrulizuan.com or nazrulizuansalehan.com, but that's totally a new story in the future if I managed to get so.

Currently I am staying with my parents, I've moved back to Johor for a lot of factors such as high cost living and my parents healthy condition. I left my work as a System Analyst although my former CEO didn't want to let me go, he did offered me such a lot of things but I already made up my mind, plus my families condition is much more important to me.

Till then.
